Inversion Management, Inc., a California corporation’s (referred to herein as “Inversion Management”) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all attendees of our Inversion Summits. This document contains the health and safety policy for Inversion Management’s Summits.
The health, safety, and well-being of our attendees is a fundamental consideration in our planning of the Inversion Summits. All attendees are required to abide by the terms and conditions found in this Health and Safety Policy. We do not make exceptions for anyone. These terms are subject to change, with or without prior notice by Inversion Management. By registering or attending our Inversion Summits, you agree to be bound by this Health and Safety Policy.
If you do not agree to each and every item listed in this Health and Safety Policy, please do not register for the Inversion Summits.
If you attend the Inversion Summits, you represent and warrant that (a) you are not currently sick; (b) you have not come into contact with a sick person within the three (3) days prior to the Inversion Summit; (c) you do not currently have COVID-19 nor have tested positive for COVID-19 within the ten (10) days prior to the Inversion Summit; or (d) you have not come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the ten (10) days prior to the Inversion Summit.
Inversion Management reserves the right to refuse attendance at the Inversion Summit to any person. If you are refused attendance, your registration will be cancelled, will be null and void, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Further, Inversion Management requires that all attendees (a) familiarize themselves with and follow the most recent CDC guidance regarding attending public events during the COVID-19 pandemic; and (b) familiarize themselves with and follow the most recent California, county, and city guidelines regarding attending public events during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to attending an Inversion Summit, and preferably at least seventy-two (72) hours before the start of the Inversion Summit, all attendees are required to upload proof of vaccination and having received all boosters as suggested by the CDC on the website of our third-party partner, ID.me. Proof of vaccination is a requirement of attending the Inversion Summit, no exceptions will be made. You are not permitted to show a negative COVID test in lieu of vaccination. Failure to upload your vaccination documents onto ID.me prior to the start of the Inversion Summit will be grounds for refused entry. If your entry is refused, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please keep in mind that safety is everyone’s responsibility and cannot be delegated. As such, we will be following California guidelines regarding the wearing of masks, which, as of the writing of this Health and Safety Policy, is required for indoor events, regardless of vaccination status. We will keep you apprised of any changes. Attendees are suggested to wash their hands, eat a good diet, get lots of sunshine, exercise, and keep in overall good health prior to the start of the Inversion Summit.
All attendees of the Inversion Summit agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to the Inversion Summit. If you feel sick during the Inversion Summit, we ask that you do not return to the Inversion Summit unless you have proof of a negative COVID test.
International guests should refer to the U.S. Department of State travel website which can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html/.
